Polly's treatment room is located within Birkdale Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic at 42d Liverpool Road, Birkdale. This is next door to the 'famous' cheese shop and minutes away from Birkdale train station, which is on the Northern line from Liverpool to Southport. There is road side parking outside the clinic and in the surrounding roads and railway carpark. By road the clinic can be found the following ways:

From M57 - Head northwest on M57 toward A59/Dunningsbridge Rd. Turn right at A59/ Dunningsbridge Rd (signs for Preston/ M6/ Skelmersdale/ M58/ Southport/ A570/ Ormskirk). Continue onto A59/ Northway. Take a slight left at A5147 and follow this road for 6 miles. At Halsall Garage turn left at Gregory Lane. Turn right at 2nd traffic lights onto A5267/ Liverpool Rd. The clinic is located 1.2 miles along this road on the left.

From Southport - From the ‘Needle’ monument in Southport, head southwest on A565/Lord Street towards Crosby/ Liverpool. Continue to follow A565 through one roundabout. Turn left at Weld Road and continue onto Liverpool Road. The clinic is located 0.2 miles along this road on the right hand side.
