Reiki 1

The training includes four Attunements and we will cover the History of Reiki. The students learn hands-on healing for themselves and for others. They learn to do healing for those they can put their hands on, who are present in the room with them.

There will be plenty of time for discussion, meditation, questions and practice healing sessions.

Reiki 2

This training includes learning three symbols and is mental work which requires concentration. In this degree there are two attunements and the energy is much stronger than that of Reiki 1.

On this course we will cover physical healing as well as mental and emotional healing and finally, distant healing. Distant healing is learning how to heal someone who is not physically there but who can be anywhere from next door to across the world. This can include healing for something that happened to you in the past or help for someone who is no longer living.

Reiki 3

In this degree you will receive two further Attunements to enable you to become a Master. It has benefits for healing and you will learn two more symbols.

The training to become a Master begins with practise, journal keeping and a deep understanding of the honour and responsibility of becoming a Master. Some of this work takes some time and needs to be planned in advance of receiving the Attunements and learning how to teach others.

This is the teaching degree where you learn how to teach Reiki to others, and how to pass on the essential Attunements.
